About the Role

As a Support Worker with Perth Carers, you will provide personalised support in homes and the community.

Your work may include:

• Assisting with daily routines and personal care
• Supporting independence and life skills
• Encouraging social and community participation
• Helping clients attend appointments and activities
• Building genuine, respectful relationships

Who We’re Looking For

You are someone who:

✔ Has experience in disability or care support
✔ Is genuinely caring, patient, and respectful
✔ Is reliable and takes pride in your work
✔ Communicates clearly and professionally
✔ Works well independently and within a team

Requirements:
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
• Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential with experience)
