Here are some examples of how our team may support participants.
 
Keeping Outdoor Areas Safe
A participant with limited mobility may find it difficult to maintain their yard. Our team can assist with mowing, pruning and clearing pathways so outdoor areas remain safe and easy to move around.
 
Helping Maintain Pride in Home
Some participants enjoy gardening but need assistance with heavier tasks. A support worker may help with pruning, mulching garden beds or planting new flowers so the participant can continue enjoying their garden.
 
Seasonal Garden Maintenance
At certain times of the year gardens can quickly become overgrown. Our team can assist with seasonal clean-ups such as clearing leaves, trimming plants and refreshing garden beds.

Perth Carers Group works closely with Support Coordinators, families and plan managers to ensure participants receive reliable and practical support that aligns with their NDIS goals.
 

We understand the importance of clear communication and responsive service delivery. Our team aims to make the process simple by responding quickly to enquiries, confirming availability promptly and keeping coordinators informed when supports begin.

Our gardening and outdoor maintenance assistance may be funded under Core Supports – Assistance with Daily Life, depending on a participant’s plan. Supports are delivered in a respectful, participant-focused way that promotes independence while maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
